What can I help you with?

One-time builds, no subscription.

Know what your food really costs, every single week.

I built the systems my own kitchen runs on to capture invoices, track vendor prices, and write our order guides. Now I build them for other businesses, for a one‑time price with no monthly fees.

Runs inside your own Google account. Your data stays yours.

Snap an invoice, and your inventory logs itself

Inventory tracking that works like an app on your staff's phone, with nothing to install. That's the whole setup.

  1. Enter who delivered itVendor and date, the way you'd write it on the sheet.
  2. Take a picture of every pageNo typing line items, no retyping prices.
  3. It's read and counted automaticallyItems, quantities and prices land in your log, and any price that moved gets flagged.

Where the money goes quietly

  • A vendor raises avocados 14%, and nobody notices until the monthly P&L.
  • Someone spends Sunday night typing invoice lines into a spreadsheet. Or nobody does, and the numbers are always a month behind.
  • Orders get placed from memory, so you run out of to-go containers on a Friday and throw out produce on Monday.

None of this takes new software you rent forever. It takes a system that does the watching for you.

Sample weekly order guide listing items, pack sizes, on-hand counts, last week's usage, four-week average, par level and order quantity, with three items flagged for unusual usage
A weekly order guide, generated automatically. Sample data.

Your weekly order guide, written from your inventory

Every Sunday morning it lands in your inbox, built from what you actually used, not what someone remembers.

  • Order quantities worked out from your on-hand counts and par levels
  • Last week's usage next to your four-week average
  • Flags when an item runs way over or under normal, so you catch waste, theft or a miscount

Every build includes setup, testing on your real invoices, and a walkthrough with your team.

Cut labor costs by scheduling to demand, not habit

Most restaurants lose money on labor because the schedule is built on habit, not on the sales that are actually coming. This builds a demand forecast from your own history, weather and local events, turns it into the staff hours that hit your target labor cost percentage, and emails it to you every week before you write the schedule.

90% day-level accuracy on our own dataYour results depend on how clean and complete your sales history is. I'll check your data before quoting.
Can save 5 to 10% on laborBy staffing to forecast instead of habit, especially on the slow days.

Questions owners ask

Is there a monthly fee?

No. You pay once. The only ongoing cost is optional: invoice capture uses AI to read photos, which runs pennies per invoice, billed to your own account.

Is this an inventory app I have to install?

No download needed. Your staff opens it in their phone's browser, snaps the invoice, and your inventory tracking updates in a spreadsheet in your own Google account.

Who owns it?

You do. It lives in your Google account, so your prices and invoices never sit on anyone else's servers.

Do I have to change my POS or my vendors?

No. It works with the vendors and systems you already use.

What if I want changes later?

Changes after launch are quoted separately. Most are small.

Do you work outside Watsonville?

Yes. Most of the work happens remotely. Around Watsonville I'm happy to come in.
